For the album sales we keep a stockrecord. We keep the information from buyers who provided their infomation in this record. We keep these record for our own administration only.
At a performance/gig it happens that people buy an album without paying. We ask them for their adress, name and phone so we can ask them to pay if they forget. This info is on the list, also the info from customers that place online orders is on it.
This stocklist is on a private computer which is protected by a firewall, virusscanner and a password. This list is only available for and wil not be used for any other purpose then for our own administration.
We do not store any other information. We do not share any of the information that we do need to have.
